7. My 'pending' achievement list for 2016




I don't really want to call this post a 'new year resolutions' list - so I decided it should be a 'pending' achievement list for 2016. I feel the last year a lot has changed for me in terms of finding myself, knowing what I want in life and just generally taking care of myself. Comparing my list from last year, I have considerably condensed it down to concentrate on 7 key things (as opposed to last year where I wrote down about 30 things down...whoops), this is because I feel that it is more manageable for me, my time and I'm more likely to stick to them.  So here goes...

1. To be able to drink two litres of water a day (without thinking about it..)
I feel I have got a lot better at this over the last few weeks - i've still got a long way to go to be able to drink 2 litres but i've managed to drink 2 pints of water a day which I think is a litre...so half way there!

2. Graduate university
I'm currently in my 3rd year of my degree and I only have one semester left! (Terrifying) - I want to continue to work hard so I can get the best possible grade I can get. I'll be graduating in September!

3. Be healed from Acne and maintain my healthy skin
I've been seeing a dermatologist over the 6/7 months to help removed my acne and I would say my skin is in good progress. My aim is to have really good skin by my graduation and to maintain healthy skin by carrying on with a morning/evening skin routine. Perhaps a blog post on this later in the year!

4. Find an exercise I enjoy and stick with it to become fitter and stronger
I am very bad at doing exercise - I start it and then I get bored really easily. My aim is to find an exercise that I like doing and incorporate it into my weekly routine. Do any of you have any exercises you would recommend?

5. Pass my driving test
A few years a go, I took up lessons and I failed miserably about 3 times so gave up (note: don't give up..) - I am hoping 2016 will be the year I pass but i'm not putting too much pressure on myself as this is something I really did struggle with!

6. Put myself first more 
I've learnt this the hard way, unfortunately. Over the last year, I cared way too much about people and not enough about myself. If I want to do something, I'm not going to worry about what people think, that way I think i'll enjoy life more. 

7. Find a full time job i enjoy, not necessarily a 'career' option (who knows!)
By the end of this year, i'd like to think i'm in a full time job that I enjoy but whether or not that happens I don't know. I'm not necessarily looking for that 'career' yet..just going to see what happens and take it from there.
