What's in my make up bag? Tips and advice: Face Make up:

Hello everyone!

I have bought quite a lot of make up recently, so much that I've had to use two make up bags (oops!) one of my face make up products, and one for my eye and lip make up. I thought this would be a good blog post to do as I didn't just want to show you all what make up I use but also to help you if you were looking for inspiration on what make up to buy. I'll be setting myself a 4 day make up blog challenge, talking about the make up I use for different parts of my face. I'll pick a different part each day and write about it. :)

Today, I'll be talking about my face make up!

Face make up is very trail and error, and this is something I definitely did. A few years ago, in my teens, hormones start flying over the place and you want to cover your horrible spots up. If you are ever looking for a foundation with a good coverage than I would recommend the 'Revlon Colorstay' foundation (£12.49) It lasts for 24 hours, it's lightweight and longwearing. It's a thick foundation, but it will not fade or rub off. This foundation comes in an combination/oily range and a normal/dry one. I suffered from really bad ache as a teenager so this foundation really helped me, I still use it now even though it's gone! The shade I use is '180 Sand Beige'. I also use the 'Face Finity All Day Flawness 3 in 1 foundation, (£11.99) this one is perfect for when you are on the go as it is a primer, concealer and foundation in one! Amazing, what more could you want? I swear by this foundation, I've only started using it the last month but I would never go back to any other. The shade I wear is called 'Beige 55' I'm not sure what skin types this is good for but mine can be oily and dry and it works well for me.

Tips on face make up
- Always make sure you know your skin tone before looking for face make up
-Always apply in good natural light
- If you want to test the foundations, don't do it on your hands. Your skin colour on your hands is different and will not give you your suitable skin tone if tested on them. If you want to test, test on your neck or your face (if you can)
